Goods manufactured and supplied by us shall carry a life time warranty against poor quality of wood and workmanship for solid wooden products and a period of two years for products manufactured with synthetic boards (MDF, Plywood, etc.) provided that (a) the items are installed properly and used in a proper manner, (b) the items are not exposed to water, heat or direct sunlight (c) the goods are returned to our stores as directed by us. We may, at our sole discretion, either replace or repair the defective goods upon being satisfied that the defect is due to poor quality of timber or workmanship.
This warranty excludes products manufactured by third parties suppliers: for e.g.: glass, stainless steel fittings, foam, locks, hinges, light fixtures, fabric, etc. No warranty expressed or implied, other than the foregoing, is made or shall be construed for the order. The warranty shall be valid only when the original invoice is produced by the customer.
